Payment is the point at which the order details in the quotation or order confirmation are confirmed.

Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. After the validity period has expired, prices, availability, shipping costs, lead times, and other conditions may be subject to reconfirmation.

Parts are sourced based on availability in Japan, and availability may change before an order is confirmed. A quotation does not constitute a guarantee that the quoted parts will remain available until payment is received and the order is confirmed.

Before making payment, the buyer must review and confirm all order details, including part numbers, vehicle information, quantities, specifications, prices, shipping destination, and other applicable conditions.

Payment constitutes the buyer’s confirmation and acceptance of the quotation and order details. Once payment has been received, the order is considered confirmed and the Cancellation Policy applies.

The buyer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all part numbers, vehicle information, VIN/chassis numbers, quantities, specifications, and other order details shown in the quotation or order confirmation before payment.

COLORFUL CO., LTD. will review the information provided and assist with sourcing and verification; however, the buyer must ensure that the information supplied to us is accurate and complete.

Payment constitutes confirmation and acceptance of the order details stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

We currently accept bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, and major credit cards. Available payment methods may vary depending on the destination country, order value, and transaction conditions. Final payment instructions will be provided with the quotation or order confirmation.

Once payment has been received, orders cannot be cancelled for any reason. Please carefully confirm the quotation, part numbers, vehicle information, quantities, specifications, shipping destination, and other order details before making payment.

Returns are not accepted for reasons attributable to the buyer, including change of mind, incorrect ordering, or parts ordered based on incorrect information provided by the buyer.

This includes cases where:

• the buyer changes their mind;
• the order was placed incorrectly;
• the buyer specified an incorrect part number;
• the buyer provided incorrect vehicle information, VIN or chassis number; or
• the parts were arranged based on information supplied by the buyer that was itself incorrect.

If the product received is materially defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order due to an issue attributable to COLORFUL CO., LTD., please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos and other supporting information may be required. After verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return, or refund as applicable.

Contacting us within 7 days does not by itself entitle the buyer to a return or refund. The process is:

1. The buyer contacts us within 7 days of delivery.
2. The buyer provides photos and other requested information.
3. COLORFUL CO., LTD. reviews the report.
4. The issue is verified.
5. We determine the appropriate resolution: replacement, return, refund or other, as applicable.

Products must not be installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery unless reasonably necessary to identify the reported defect.

Incoterms will be agreed upon for each order based on the destination, shipping method, and transaction requirements. The applicable Incoterms® rule will be clearly stated in our quotation or order confirmation before payment.

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. COLORFUL CO., LTD. is not responsible for these charges.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, COLORFUL CO., LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from or related to an order, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.

COLORFUL CO., LTD. shall not be responsible for losses, delays, costs, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the buyer, including incorrect part numbers, vehicle information, VIN/chassis numbers, specifications, quantities, or shipping information.

COLORFUL CO., LTD. shall also not be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance delays, import restrictions, or other requirements imposed by authorities in the destination country, except where expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

For any claim for which COLORFUL CO., LTD. is legally liable, our aggregate liability relating to the applicable order shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount actually paid to COLORFUL CO., LTD. for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These transactions and terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from a transaction will first be addressed through good-faith consultation between the parties.
